"Last year, we sought quotes for car insurance, and much to our surprise, States Farm came out the winner. Our new agent was Clive Gavin State Farm and having a real agent versus the Geico agent d'jour has made a world of difference. They pointed out savings that Geico never offered. At renewal time, the premium had jumped significantly, but the agent discovered that a discount for our homeowners had not been applied, and she fixed the problem. The premium dropped accordingly.
